1. For the proper spacing of dots and regular dots, we have to choose the welding type of pull welding. At this time, we generally choose R (knife) or D type soldering iron heads for welding. When using an R-type soldering iron head, it is generally tilted and has a certain angle, instead of straight up and down. When using a D-type soldering iron head to pull and solder, it is generally straight up and down.
2. For products such as FPC flexible boards, PC or FPR type soldering iron heads should be selected. In short, there are many types of soldering iron heads. The general principle is to choose which type of soldering iron head to solder. Otherwise, it is easy to cause the solder joint defect rate to rise.
3, for a relatively large distance between points, or irregularly arranged solder joints, we generally perform single-point-to-point single-point welding, also known as spot welding, which is suitable for this type of soldering iron tip. For D or DV type, especially for plug-ins like meter, they tend to choose this type of iron tip.
4, when the same product on the same machine needs spot welding and pull welding at the same time, we generally tend to choose R or D type soldering iron tip, so choose R or D type for welding, to Look at the distribution of solder joints and the distribution of components around the solder joints.
